Learning in the Round Philosophy

Mind Over Matter’s “Learning in the Round” philosophy was developed over a twenty-year period and is a teaching and learning process in which three sets of actors; the participant, the specialist and the facilitator, work together to share experience and knowledge. This is carried out through the exploration of practice and co-creation in a range of sectors, environments and contexts. “Learning in the Round” involves the transformation of experience into knowledge, which is practically focused and immediately applicable in the workplace.
